- Payment information — processed by our third-party booking and payment provider; we do not store full card numbers

- To provide the service you booked, including sending your door access code
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support
- To send promotional offers, only if you have opted in
- To maintain the security of our facility and comply with legal obligations
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in to text messages, you will receive approximately 3 messages per booking, plus no more than 2 promotional messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate our business, including booking and payment processing, smart lock management, and SMS delivery. These providers may access your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Bookings are restricted to adults 18 and over.
