Program description
Swing Spot ("we," "us," "our") operates an SMS program for customers who book golf simulator sessions with us. If you opt in, we send text messages that include booking confirmations containing your door access code, reminders before your reserved session, follow-up messages requesting feedback after your session, and occasional promotional offers about discounted or off-peak bay times.
How to opt in
You may opt in when you reserve a bay through our booking and payment system at https://booking.trackmangolf.com/venues/swing-spot/booking, which you can reach from https://swingspot.golf. During booking you provide your mobile number and affirmatively agree to receive text messages from Swing Spot. Consent is never pre-selected or assumed.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. If you decline, you will still receive your booking confirmation and door access code by email.
Message frequency
You will receive approximately 3 messages per booking, plus no more than 2 promotional messages per month. Message frequency may vary.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Swing Spot does not charge you for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others; carrier support is subject to change.
Privacy
